About

Rapeseed oil, (Brassica Campestris) is a yellow flowering plant which is produced largely in the UK, EU, China and Canada. The seeds are refined to produce a pale oil that is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids which contains low levels of saturated fatty acids and has a high monounsaturated fatty acid content. Rapeseed oil is a very versatile product, with numerous uses and is definitely one of the most commonly use oils within the market.
